        Independent Directions to this Site: From Highway 416 take exit 49 (Roger Stevens Drive). If southbound, a 0.4 km offramp dumps onto Bankfield, where you will turn right or southwest. If northbound, the 0.4 km offramp brings you to Bankfield, where you will turn left or southwest onto it and in 0.4 km join the southbound offramp traffic. Both groups will now follow Roger Stevens Drive southwest 14.5 km to the pulloff to the left or southeast for the parking area for the Cedar Grove Nature Trail.
        Marlborough Forest Loop Route Directions: From the parking area for Trail 18-5 on Roger Stevens Drive, turn right or northeast onto Roger Stevens Drive. Drive 1.0 km to the pulloff to the right or southeast for the parking area for the Cedar Grove Nature Trail.

        Site Description and Birding Information: This track crosses Roger Stevens Drive and is part of the Rideau Trail. The northern portion continues through to Kettles Road eventually (c. 6.5 km). The southern portion continues southeast, then southwest to our Heaphy Road - Rideau Trail site and Dwyer Hill Road in 9.5 km. The initial portion to the southeast is called the Cedar Grove Nature Trail (for obvious reasons). The area between Roger Stevens Drive and Flood Road has several trails, allowing for loops of varying lengths.

        Marlborough Forest Loop Route Directions: From the parking area for the Cedar Grove Nature Trail on Roger Stevens Drive, turn right or northeast onto Roger Stevens Drive. Drive 2.5 km to the pulloff to the left or northwest for the parking area for the next site in the loop, Trail 13-6 on Roger Stevens Drive.
